When you finish satisfactorily the basic and special courses, you can
take the proeficiency test, and obtain the PROEFICIENCY IN ENGLISH
LANGUAJE CERTIFICATE, aproved by resolution No 619 not formal education
from the Secretaria de Educación de Santander.
